you put del.icio.us/delicious.com on the list, I disagree with …
I think delicious is a nofollow bookmark … Yes it has a high pagerank but del.ico.us will not give us it’s link juice …

I would like to signal a new social bookmarking website: Reeesearch (http://www.reeesearch.com).
It’s free, it’s still a beta and ,above all, it needs YOU to test it!

It allows users to create and organize links into folders, just like Windows explorer does.
The user can also decide to share or not his folders and/or its links.

Things you can do with Reeesearch:
-bookmark any site on the Internet, and get to it from anywhere;
-share your bookmarks;
-discover the most useful and interesting bookmarks on the web performing searches into Reeesearch database.

So please, visit Reeesearch to sign in and try it.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Fundamentally you can add link in any forum within the post itself, as long as the content is relevant and link appropriate it will be accepted.So what is the catch? Creating your target page with relevant content and then getting links from that content page (call it guinea pig ;) is the catch.
